50-Hour Yin Yoga Teacher Training

Why Yin Yoga?
Yin yoga is more than stillness. It’s a practice of awareness, presence, and surrender. In today’s fast-paced world, yin gives us the chance to pause, breathe, and reconnect.
This 50-hour Yin Yoga Teacher Training is designed for yoga teachers and dedicated students who want to understand yin yoga on a deeper level - from philosophy and anatomy to teaching methodology and the subtle art of holding space.
The training is offered in a hybrid format, combining online learning with in-person sessions - giving you space to integrate knowledge at your own pace while still experiencing direct guidance and shared practice in a supportive community.
Structure & Format
The training includes 50 hours of study spread across lectures, practice, and guided self-study.
You’ll receive:

Asana lab sessions breaking down key yin poses

Lectures on anatomy, yoga history and philosophy as well as energy systems

Practice teaching and giving and receiving feedback

Guided yin practices to embody what you learn

Self-study material to support your integration
What You’ll Learn
Over the course of this training you will:

Explore the foundations of yin yoga: history, principles, and philosophy

Study yin anatomy; fascia, joints, range of motion, and how the body responds to stress and release

Learn how to safely and effectively guide students through yin poses

Understand sequencing, the use of yoga props, and variations of poses to accommodate all bodies

Experience the connection between yin yoga, meditation, and the energetic body

Develop confidence in teaching yin classes that are safe, intentional, and transformative
