Take your yoga practice to the next level!

200hrs Vinyasa Teacher Training in fall 2025!
We’re thrilled to finally announce that there will be a 200-hour yoga teacher training in 2025!
After 7 years of creating and leading teacher trainings for other companies, it feels amazing to create one that’s entirely our own. This training will be 100% us and everything we stand for — and we’re confident it will be the best one we’ve ever made.

A teacher training unlike any other
Our teacher training stands out in several ways. We’ve designed it this way based on years of experience and a deep understanding of the challenges students often face throughout their training.
A Hybrid Model
We combine in-person gatherings with online learning, allowing us to share more in-depth knowledge than what is typically possible in fully in-person courses. This structure gives you the freedom to learn at your own pace between modules.
Focus on What Matters Most
Since part of the training takes place online, we can dedicate our in-person sessions to what students often find the most valuable: teaching practice, building creative flows, asana labs, and hands-on work.
Time to Truly Learn
Many 200-hour trainings are condensed into a short period, which can feel intense and hard to balance with work and family life. Our training spans seven months, giving you time to absorb the content, reflect, practice, and fully integrate the teachings into your personal practice.
A Specialized Training
While many programs try to cover a little bit of everything — hatha, yin, vinyasa — we focus entirely on vinyasa. This gives us time to dive deep into anatomy, philosophy, class design, and creativity, so you’ll feel confident and grounded in what you’ve learned.
Support Between Sessions
Between the in-person gatherings, we’ll meet online to check in, answer questions, share experiences, and support your progress through the course materials and assignments. You’ll never feel like you’re on your own.

Anatomy & Biomechanics
To teach safely and effectively, you need a solid understanding of how the body moves. In this part of the training, you’ll learn about functional anatomy, how muscles and joints work together in different poses, and how to adapt asanas for different body types. We also cover injury prevention and explore how the breath, fascia, and nervous system influence movement and presence in your practice.

Philosophy & History
Yoga is more than just physical exercises — it is a holistic practice deeply rooted in philosophy and tradition. In this module, we explore how yogic philosophy can bring meaning to modern life, study key texts like the Yoga Sutras and the Bhagavad Gita, and discuss how yoga has evolved from ancient traditions to contemporary practice. Our goal is to make the philosophy come alive and feel relevant to your own teaching.

Creative Sequencing & Flow
A great yoga class is about more than just the poses — it’s about how you connect them. In this module, you’ll learn how to build dynamic and thoughtful sequences that create a natural flow and progression. You’ll work on crafting creative transitions and finding the essential balance between familiar elements and new challenges, enabling you to lead inspiring classes that feel both enjoyable and meaningful.

Teaching Methodology & Personal Development
Becoming a yoga teacher is about more than just knowledge—it’s about how you share it. In this module, we provide you with the tools to develop your unique teaching voice, use body language and vocal awareness effectively, and create a safe and inclusive space for your students. We also focus on building your confidence as a teacher, understanding different types of students, and managing challenges that arise in the classroom.

200hrs RYS Yoga Alliance
A Training for Everyone
This training is designed both for those who want to teach yoga and for those who simply wish to deepen their connection to their own body and practice. You’ll be guided by experienced teachers who have been teaching for many years and who will support you throughout the entire journey – alongside the strong sense of community and support you will build with your fellow students. Often, lifelong friendships are formed during a yoga teacher training!
From our experience, many students don’t feel fully ready to teach after a traditional 200-hour teacher training because the pace can be intense. Our goal is to give you the solid foundation and practical experience you need to confidently lead a class by the time you complete our program.
Throughout the course, we blend ancient traditions with modern techniques to provide a well-rounded foundation. We dive deeply into topics such as anatomy, sequencing, class planning, yoga ethics, instruction skills, meditation, yoga philosophy, and much more. You will also learn about music selection for classes, hands-on assists, and the business side of yoga – everything you need to feel confident and fully prepared.
